Role Summary

Control and coordinate the suppliers onMaterial & Components availability according to pull principles.

Key Responsibilities

Provide forecast & schedule (material planning)and control suppliers with aligning Supplier Capacity (for ex. max per week qyts and demonstrated daily max in PSWs),

Review Supplier/Transport Service Provider performance in QPF & eRFX,

Bank inventory (left over stocks & safety stock) will be followed due to changes or EOP,

Supplier Claim follow up,

Support supplier´s logistics audits together with SQA,

Transport execution with ideal use of trucks and optimal costs (type of transport, routing instructions, delivery time windows, truck optimization, optimal delivery frequency),

Ensure an early warning process in case of any deviations and emergency cases, and initiate back-up solutions if needed,

Ordering and tracking premium freight / special shipments,

Ensure valid routing instructions and communicate them to the supplier,

Support Inbound Process,

Preparation for required reports and statistics.

Key Qualifications/Requirements

2 - 5 years of experience in supplier management,

Strong communication and follow up,

Knowledge in the fields of lean logistics,

Good knowledge of MS Office Programs,

Strong SAP (WM-MM) Knowledge,

Good knowledge in English,

Target oriented Suplier Management KPI’s.
