Insight Global REMOTE IT Application Analyst - Legal Hold in Knoxville, Tennessee

Job Description

The IT Applications Analyst is responsible for supporting the legal teams in the coordination, communication, and execution of legal holds and hold documentation. This is achieved by communicating clearly and timely with internal and external legal counsel regarding case and custodian scopes. The execution of legal holds and searches will be accomplished through legal hold eDiscovery software and search engines, Microsoft Exchange exports, file directory exports, or any combination of these sources to produce the best result set.

Skills and Requirements

  • Strong communication both written and verbal

     - Clearly set expectations

  • Monitor and maintain litigation hold eDiscovery applications.

  • Experience with ZyLAB eDiscovery software (or similar eDiscovery legal hold platform

  • Experience with IPRO Live EDA (a Reveal platform for eDiscovery searches)

  • Experience with Windows Host

  • Linux experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT applications, server maintenance. Experience or exposure working with legal teams.
