Surge Staffing Remote Call Center-Work From Home *Must be based in Knoxville, Chattanooga, or Surrounding Areas in Knoxville, Tennessee

Customer Service and Collections Representative-Knoxville, Cleveland, and Chattanooga, TN

Experience

  • 2-3 years office experience (Other work experience will be considered if it is Customer Service related).
  • Mortgage Experience is a plus!
  • Collections Experience is a plus!
  • Claims Experience is a plus!

Requirements

  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Stable Work History
  • Ability to communicate effectively
  • Ability to multitask
  • Willing to work overtime
  • Ability to meet metrics
  • Ability to use dual screen work station
  • Typing speed of 40 WPM
  • Home Internet with at least 25 megabytes per second
  • Clean, quite, dedicated work environment
  • Ability to be LaserFocused without distractions

Schedule

  • Customer Service-11:30 AM-8:00 PM
  • Collections-11:00 AM-8:00 PM
  • One Saturday every 4 weeks-9:00 AM-3:30 PM

Pay

  • $17.00 Hour

Training

  • First 3-4 weeks and can be done in person, hybrid, or remote
