Job Description

The purpose of this job is to design and create digital content and support the day-to-day administration, functionality, and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS).

In this role you will:

  1. Create original design content for the Pilot Learning LMS

  2. Assist with the planning, development and review of eLearning curriculum

  3. Provide technical support for end users with the LMS portal

  4. Assess eLearning training effectiveness and integrate ongoing enhancements and improvements to the LMS

  5. Support the Talent Development team, Operations team, and broader Human Resources team with special projects and initiatives

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate required

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent work experience required

  • Minimum one to three years of experience in a creative or instructional design position required

  • Working knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles

  • Working knowledge of interchangeable eLearning content

  • Working knowledge of implementation and use of eLearning software, such as Articulate Storyline

  • Working knowledge of deployment of blended solutions that include third-party certifications, classroom sessions, and eLearning

  • Experience and working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills

  • Strong orientation to detail, organizational skills, ability to multitask, and meet deadlines

  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization and with a diverse work team

  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues

  • Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills

  • Ability to embrace and learn new technology
