Position Summary:

We are seeking an Associate Technical Account Manager to join our dynamic team and provide administrative and technical support to our teams. The ideal candidate will possess a technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. As an Associate TAM, you will assist in providing accurate technical service before and after the point of sale, ensuring customer satisfaction. Your role involves preparing draft documents, presentations, quotes, and processing agreement renewals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with owners and sales staff.
  • Understand statements of work, product catalog, master services agreements, and the process of providing custom IT solutions and support.
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of our products/services, including their features, functionalities, and implementation best practices.
  • Coordinate meetings with clients.
  • Provide draft documents for business reviews and agreement renewals.
  • Develop quotes for agreement renewals and client project/product requests.
  • Purchase equipment/services from vendors to support projects/support staff.
  • Work with the team to ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and loyalty through proactive engagement and support.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
  • Ability and desire to learn quickly and embrace change.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Associate degree in Business, Information Technology, or a relevant field.
  • Candidate should have reliable transportation.
  • Candidate should be willing to work nights and weekends if required.
  • Candidate should be able to lift 50 pounds or more.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $46,630.79 - $56,157.50 per year
