Process Control Engineer Details: Direct Hire position \$90,000.00 to \$125,000.00 /annually Salaried (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:00pm) \'Process Control System Design and Configuration: This includes the ability to design and configure process control solutions for wood products manufacturing facilities, including electrical systems, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA systems, SQL, Access, and PC networking technologies. \'Troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis: This involves the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery through the use of drawings, schematics, and root-cause/failure analysis. \'Team Leadership and Collaboration: The ability to lead or participate in problem-solving, work closely with electrical supervisors and maintenance teams to support continuous improvements of assets and asset performance and provide ongoing informal and formal training for electrical personnel to ensure development of good operating and maintenance practices. \'Project Management: This involves participating in planning and budgeting for activities, balancing day-to-day needs with long-term projects, and experience in capital project design, installation, and startup. The ability to plan and coordinate technical design and implementation of project work, introduce recommended changes in control schemes which will improve the plant operation, and work to continuously improve electrical/process control standards is also important.
