HP Inc. Strategic Program Change Management in Kitchener, Ontario

We are seeking a driven and passionate Change Manager to join our team and lead the implementation of a large strategic program within the Print Software Community at HP. The ideal candidate is a motivated team-player, with a proven track record of successfully planning, managing, and executing on large-scale sophisticated and complex change initiatives. This role will require a strategic thinker who can drive transformational change, while being comfortable in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy through initial analysis; such as stakeholder assessments and change impact assessments

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities associated with the program

  • Create tailored and tactical change management plans; including but not limited to, communications, training, and feedback plans

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of change management activities, pivoting and making adjustments as needed to ensure a successful implementation

  • Provide regular progress updates to senior leaders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and areas of potential risk

  • Proactively identify and address areas of resistance by leveraging change management best practices and techniques

  • Coach leadership and project teams on various aspects of leading and managing through change

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to executive levels of the organization

Qualifications:

  • Subject matter expert in change management methodologies and capabilities

  • Proven experience in developing and maintaining change management plans in complex cross-functional projects to deliver sustained outcomes

  • Demonstrated ability to build strong working partnerships with stakeholders and influence across many different levels within the business

  • Ability to engage and influence people at all levels, including senior leadership

  • Effective communicator across multiple levels of employees and leaders

  • First Level University degree with advanced University degree preferred

  • Prosci or CCMP change management certification is a plus

  • Typically has 10+ years of work experience, preferably 5+ years in change management role or in similar roles/businesses.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is $137,000 -- $211,000.00 annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
