Waste Connections Bin Delivery Driver DZ in Kitchener, Ontario

Waste Connections of Canada is looking for a DZ Driver to join the Kitchener Team, and who shares our number one core value - Safety. We put our drivers first and we work together by listening, removing barriers, and by providing ongoing coaching and support.

Location : 139 Ardelt Ave Kitchener, ON

Pay rate : $26.26

Incentives :

Main Duties :

  • Ensure safe operation of a standard transmission truck, while driving, loading, and unloading

  • Drive to customer location for pickup, and position truck safely to ensure a safe lift

  • Ensure customer satisfaction through reliable service

  • Dump contents at designated recycling facility or landfill

  • Pre/Post-trip inspection

Requirements*:

  • Minimum 3 years commercial driving experience

  • DZ license

  • Excellent spatial skills to position vehicles and bins effectively and drive accident free

  • Good knowledge of City Of Kitchener and the surrounding area

  • Physically able to climb in and out of truck to unlock/lock bins (or roll recycling containers) and to clean out truck after dumping contents
