At the moment we are recruiting for Logistic team leader to join our to join our team in Kiryat Shmona.
Responsibilities:
Support and also lead specific process development projects and to support the implementation of new products, manufacturing & technology change and Value Improvement for department.
Ensure all product is of the highest quality following cGMP and SOPs
Support and also lead continuous improvement initiatives which deliver sustained improvements in process consistency, efficiency and customer service level.
Through collaboration with all areas of the site, Lead, facilitate and drive improvements of the Logistic processes
Development and ownership of the digital roadmap for Logistics for the areas within scope (tools, platforms, apps, processes)
Development of EHS Risk assessments and associated training procedures for all department
Conduct process audits to ensure compliance
Step up to Supervisor role when required
Perform investigations of equipment, errors, people, quality and safety
Conduct annual PMDs and AOPs for the team, in accordance with Company Goals
Collate, analyse and present data in Monthly EHS meetings concerning Hazard identification Incidents and accidents.
Trend analysis for EHS and Quality areas with preventative and proactive actions
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
Proven people management experience in a Warehousing environment
Experience working with EHS and quality systems
Strong attention to detail
Experience of working to tight SOPs
MC Office & SAP qualification, preferable but not essential to role
