Job Description

Join our Intel Fab Construction Enterprise (FCE) in building the world's largest semiconductor manufacturing factories across the globe. The future is what we build. Our enterprise manages a portfolio of capital projects on-site with a large contractor workforce that encompasses outsourced general contractors, A/E firms, and key trade companies in the Semiconductor Construction Industry. The scope of our work includes but is not limited to New Wafer Fabrication factories (Fabs), Fab Conversions, Process Tools Install, Infrastructure, and Progressive Build.

As a Building, Mechanical, or Architecture Engineering student, you will have a crucial role in advancing Building Information Modelling (BIM) practices. Your responsibilities will involve reconciling models with on-site installations, developing automation tools for three-dimensional model construction, and providing technical solutions through 3D software to costumers, preform routine error check and improvement on constriction software and indicator development and implementation.

Skills:

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite.

  • Strong ability to learn new software.

  • Integrative thinking, understanding of construction processes,

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Mechanical Engineering/Civil Engineering/architectural student in 2nd year of studies. Availability to work a minimum 20 hours per week, from 08:00 to 17:00, on site at Intel Kiryat Gat. The candidate should also possess high level of English, proven leadership skills, ability to lead to results independently, problem solving, fast learner and ability for self-learning. Interpersonal skills and excellent teamwork Competency in construction project management systems, including introductory knowledge of software such as Navisworks, Revit, and AutoCAD. The position requires the ability to deal with several of stakeholders, suppliers, and trades.
