Are you passionate about building outstanding software that helps developers solve difficult GPU and 3D graphics problems? Have you ever dreamed of helping bring video games to life? Do you want to work with a fast, agile, and experienced team and move at the speed of light? NVIDIA is looking to hire a technical, creative and hands-on Product Manager to pioneer the next generation of Nsight Graphics Developer Tools. What you'll be doing: As a valued member of the team you'll work directly with Developer Tools leadership, internal & external partners and customers to define and develop proof of concepts for new initiatives and influence the direction of tools used by developers world-wide to harness the full power of RTX and NVIDIA GPUs. This is a technical role in an agile and fast paced environment. Part of every day should be spent keeping pace with technology changes. Working closely with Lighthouse customers, understanding their workflows, gathering feedback, feature requests, and bugs in a timely fashion to help them be successful. Everyone has a different learning style, we will support your self-directed learning. In this role you can expect to:

  • Collaborate with engineering to promote the customer's needs through setting feature priorities across roadmaps.
  • Work closely with customers, build surveys, present at conferences, understand product quality and prioritize critical bugs.
  • Collect insights and build market analysis that provides the data to adjust the product through impartial research.
  • Understand who our competitors are and where we can differentiate and provide extra value to our customers.
  • Work with marketing to define positioning that enables the creation of technical content, including blog posts, webinars, developer tutorials, and more to communicate the product value proposition.
  • Define the go-to-market strategy and provide guidance to the cross-functional implementation of the plan across the team.
  • Coordinate with peer organizations within NVIDIA on unified objectives.
  • Be a power user of the tools who can both educate and hold technical discussions with engineers and developers

What we need to see:

  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or other technical field or equivalent experience.
  • Hands-on experience programming using technologies like OpenGL, D3D12 and Vulkan.
  • 10+ years of technical product management or similar experience at a technology company.
  • Consistent track record of teamwork across teams, customers, and partners.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and public communication skills with a shown ability to articulate a value proposition to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Able to work effectively with a team of engineers in a fast paced and multifaceted environment.

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Background in the Game Industry or in a field that requires technical knowledge of delivering Ray Tracing via offline renderer, OptiX, DirectX or Vulkan Ray Tracing.
  • Be able to demonstrate initiative and determination in getting things done through a consistent record of accomplishments.
  • Have familiarity with developer tools, especially those focused on performance analysis.
  • Leadership or active participation in Graphics Standards bodies or communities.
