Description of the role: The Home Care Recruiter position at Amada Senior Care Bellevue is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified caregivers to provide quality home care services to our clients. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the delivery of exceptional in-home care services. Responsibilities: * Screen, interview, and assess potential candidates for caregiver positions. * Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, sourcing, and candidate selection. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of candidate information and hiring activities. * Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements. * Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, caregivers, and referral sources. * Conduct background checks and verify employment eligibility of candidates. * Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers. * Participate in job fairs, networking events, and other recruitment activities to attract top talent. * Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in caregiver recruitment. Requirements: * Prior experience in caregiver recruitment or a similar role. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational and time management abilities. * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. * Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software. * Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other recruitment tools. * Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
