Requisition Summary Kenworth is looking for a proactive and energetic Executive Administrative Assistant who will assist the Assistant General Manager of Sales & Marketing, direct staff, and senior staff in organizing and coordinating the administration of various business activities. This position will routinely interface with other PACCAR executives, customers and visitors, and will require a professional collaborative communication style and limited direction. Job Functions / Responsibilities Coordinate frequent domestic and international travel for Sales and Marketing Department. Generate and distribute a number of daily and weekly reports to Corporate, Plant and other PACCAR Divisions. Maintain project files. Calendar management and expense reporting for supported executives. Provide back-up support for the Executive Assistant to the General Manager and Vice President. Professionally answer phones and direct callers to appropriate contacts. Prepare and process shipping requests for the sales and marketing department. Coordinate meetings and smaller events forsales and marketing and direct staff. Assists in organizing and supporting division events with associate media, equipment services, and food services. Coordinates visitor stays and handles correspondence, upon site management approval. Perform other duties as assigned to support Kenworth Division. Qualifications A minimum of 3-5 years' experience supporting executives in an administrative role. Strong interpersonal skills; excellent verbal and written communication ability; ability to maintain professional attitude while working with a sense of urgency under deadlines; aptitude for organizing daily work and activities. Ability to interact with all levels of management and representatives of the company as well as dealers and customers. Proficient business writer with strong grammar, spelling and punctuation skills. Excellent PC skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). SAP and Concur experience preferred. Demonstrated ability to work with highly confidential information. Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines. Highly developed organizational, planning and interpersonal skills; detail oriented and an effective communicator.
