RBW Studios Project Manager (R&D) in Kingston, New York

RBW, in Kingston, NY Project Manager (R&D) Salary Range: $80,000.00/yr. to $110,000.00/yr.

As a Project Manager, you will collaborate with business units including Innovation, Operations, Finance, and Sales and Marketing. You will guide and launch an award-winning product assortment on time, balancing RBW Design tenants, Economic Logic, and time-bound targets. You'll be responsible for the coordination across business units to manage the successful product line life cycle. You will do this by fostering a culture of recognition and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities

Accountable for monitoring projects to completion. Accountable for improving and updating RBWs New Product Development (NPD) process. Responsible for monthly NPD project reporting to the leadership group. Establish, refine, and maintain clear milestones within each project across teams of Design, Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Sales and Marketing. Accountable for cross-functional internal teams and external partners to ensure project objectives are met on time and within budget. Responsible for Monitoring project progress, identifying potential risks (project, technical, financial etc.), and implementing mitigation strategies to keep projects on track by holding regular stakeholder meetings to communicate successes, opportunities, and redirection. Collaborate externally with vendors/contractors, and internally with Innovation, Sales and Marketing, and Operations teams to define and manage product requirements including design specifications, and performance criteria. Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement through iterative development. Ensure all project activities comply with relevant regulatory standards and guidelines, and are well documented. Coordinate with regulatory stakeholders to prepare and submit necessary documentation for product approvals and certifications. Conduct risk assessments and lead design reviews to identify and address potential quality issues early in the development process.
