Retail Sales/Office Assistant: We are seeking an outgoing, dependable person to join our growing team at our upscale retail shop. In this position, you will assist the showroom manager with greeting customers, train to become knowledgeable with products, assisting clients with making selections, help maintain the sales floor appearance & product pricing. Other duties include assisting the Office Manager with fielding phone calls, preparing Proposals and other clerical tasks. Top-notch customer service skills are a must, as is the ability to learn product knowledge. A design background is a big plus! Must have the ability to multi-task, being attentive to customers and remaining flexible to the needs of the business. Peck's Flooring America is a family owned business with an outstanding reputation that has been in business for over 50 years. We are seeking a person to help continue our fabulous reputation for outstanding customer service. Applicants should be familiar with Microsoft Office. Successful candidate will work 20-24 hours/week and must work 2 Saturdays per month. Sales experience can put you at the top of the list, however training is provided.
