CSL Behring LLC Senior Manager, Portfolio Lead in KING OF PRUSSIA, Pennsylvania

Collaborate with End to End (E2E) Operations business partners in the planning, preparation for approval, and health checks in execution, for projects within the Operations portfolio. Serve as a resource to the local leadership committees, project/program-related steering committees, and the senior leadership assigned to oversee the portfolio. Focus on executive engagement, and report on the state and performance of projects/programs within the selected project portfolio. Support End to End Operations leadership in their efforts at overseeing, managing and leveraging the entire life cycle of investments and initiatives to optimally achieve enterprise goals and objectives. Facilitate and coordinate the efforts of leadership toward the establishment of the project portfolio definition, its structure and processes, from demand management and strategic alignment of projects and programs to portfolio categories and criteria, through evaluation, selection and prioritization; to execution, tracking and measuring the achieved results. Engage with and conduct periodic reviews with local leadership, executives, stakeholder committees, and other relevant bodies to validate and assess the project portfolio, execute change, and reprioritize to meet business needs as required. Ensure the oversight and coordination of dependencies across the projects and programs in the portfolio and resolve or escalate conflicts. The project value may range up to the $20-30M range for individual projects at the site and will span multiple functions within the Operations organization including manufacturing, QA/QC, supply chain, plasma, etc. Provide strategic leadership and creative thinking tied to the analysis of technology trends and the identification of new opportunities to help drive organizational growth strategies. Lead reviews of any significant initiatives, projects or programs that are challenged and provide recommendations to site leadership and global leadership as to whether it should continue, be significantly changed, placed on hold or discontinued. Work with project teams to oversee the full range of the project life cycle (initiating, planning, executing, and closing) for projects covering a portfolio of projects which focus on the business needs of a specific business line(s) or strategy. Ensure and balance the availability of the required skills and competencies across project and program teams within the project portfolio. May require 5% international travel to other CSL sites. May work from home up to 2 days per week.
