Our Advanced Programs division is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of innovation to develop the next generation of solutions for our nation's defense needs. As part of this mission, we are seeking a skilled Subcontract Program Manager (SPM) to oversee critical subcontracts within our Advanced Programs family of programs.

THE WORK

As the Subcontract Program Manager (SPM), you will be responsible for managing all aspects of subcontracts, including cost, schedule, and technical performance. Your key duties will include negotiating and baselining new subcontracts, leading programmatic and technical meetings with subcontractors, managing Earned Value baselines, identifying execution risks and opportunities, and communicating effectively with leadership and customers. Additionally, you will support follow-on proposal activities to drive future contract growth.

Basic Qualifications:

- Appropriate degree from an accredited college, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 + years of experience

- Previous Supply Chain experience

- Experience with subcontract/purchase order negotiations and solving issues associated with subcontract execution

- Ability to obtain SCI eligibility

-Working knowledge of FAR/DFAR

Desired Skills:

- CAM experience on a Cost-Plus contract

- Experience with a Red or Yellow Program and/or

Subcontract

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

- Risk management experience

- Previous LM experience

- Current SCI Clearance

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Top Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5 years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
