The Position:

Come aboard Quench's Business Intelligence Team and spearhead informed decision-making to elevate business performance.

As our Business Intelligence Analytics Manager, you'll steer our team towards optimizing data utilization and refining processes, reporting directly to the Vice President of IT and Business Intelligence.

Responsibilities:

• Formulate and execute BI and data management strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Guide and empower the BI Business Analyst team, implementing industry best practices.
• Supervise data integration across systems to bolster centralized storage and reporting capabilities.
• Translate raw data into actionable insights through collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Project management oversight, ensuring meticulous documentation and adherence to timelines.
• Propose data governance best practices and keep abreast of emerging technologies.
• Flexibility to realign priorities in response to evolving business needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or Manager.
• Profound understanding of data governance, data quality, and analytics technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or analogous BI tools.
• Familiarity with Agile software development and Salesforce.com.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving aptitude.
• Proficient in SQL.

Nice to Have:

• Microsoft Power BI Certification.
• Experience with Salesforce, Zuora, Financial Force, etc.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Familiarity with Salesforce dashboard and reporting functionalities.
