CrossTech Consulting Group, Inc. Business Continuity Analyst in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania
Crosstech is seeking a Business Continuity Analyst to support a local client in the Philadelphia, PA area. The analyst will be responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of a comprehensive business continuity/disaster recovery plan to ensure the organization's resilience in the event of disruptions and ensure the organizations critical systems and data can be restored in the event of a disaster. This will be a hybrid role.
Job Description
Works closely with departments to assess risks, develop strategies for mitigation, and establish procedures for Recovery Time Objectives (RTO) and Recovery Point Objectives (RPO)
Assist with Assessments to determine criticality of business functions/processes/systems/data, identifying dependencies and establishing procedures for response and recovery.
Assist with the creation and maintenance or detailed plans, outlining strategies, procedures, technologies, and responsibilities, for responding to and recovering from disruptions or disasters.
Assist and support the Lead and Principal Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Analyst with executing exercises to assess the plans and identify weaknesses, develop improvement plans and ensure teams are prepared for emergencies.
Assist and support the Lead and Principal Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Analyst with the development and maintenance of maintain incident response protocols, including communication plans, resource allocations, and decision-making processes to guide the organization during a crisis.
Keep accurate records of all continuity/disaster recovery plans, revisions, and improvements based on lessons learned from exercises and actual incidents. Maintain dashboards, repositories, and reports.
Assist and support the Lead and Principal Business Continuity/Disaster Recovery Analyst with ensuring that the plans comply with industry and regulatory standards.
Assist with requests from regulatory agencies.
Assist with enabling training, training communication, and awareness for business and IT groups, including maintenance /delivery of materials and training sessions.
Assist in collection/coordination of IT Internal Audit requests, including scheduling meetings and tracking IT Audit Findings through completion.
Off-Hour On-Call support may be required.
Qualifications:
Experience in Business Continuity, Regulatory Compliance, Emergency Management, Risk Management, or related Role.
Bachelor's degree in business, Risk Management, Information Technology, or a related field
Knowledge of industry standards and frameworks.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure.

CBCP (Certified Business Continuity Professional)
Highly organized with ability to prioritize and manage resources efficiently. Analytical and critical thinker; able to merge concepts and issues from various teams together into one vision.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills (Written and Verbal) Comfortable working independently or collaboratively under compressed timelines.
Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to be flexible, take initiative, and problem solve.
