Arkema Inc. BPO Analyst - Logistics Execution Job in King Of Prussia, Pennsylvania

Reference #: 1089536001A2 The BPO Analyst is responsible for process improvements primarily, but not limited to, Logistics Execution, OTM, Warehouse Management, integration between SAP platforms, B2Band other connected solutions. Working in a team of twenty-five people, interfacing with several hundred people globally in supply chain, customer service, carriers, suppliers, plants, warehouses, Accounts Payable, Logistics, and members of the I-Team for process solutions and improvements.#LI-TJ1

Key Activities Global & Regional Initiatives (55%) North American Representative in Global initiatives serving as business process owner and subject matter expert on solutions management and impact to AMAS while aligning globally. Lead small initiatives and participate in larger ones with oversight & decisions for areas of concentration. Lead the definition, planning, development, and implementation stages of new initiatives from the technical and functional perspective. Systems Integration & Maintenance (15%) Manage & increase integration in area of focus, e.g., OTM, Stock in Transit, EDI transmissions with Affiliates service vendors, and other Arkema global systems, etc. Support the digitization initiative at Arkema focusing on streamlining processes, and support global supply chain metrics. Provide expertise in the LE activities and Support & execute recommendations for supply chain processes that ensure alignment with strategic direction. Enhancement Requests (10%) Create and manage technical enhancement requests for process improvements/change, by gathering and defining requirements, developing solutions, testing, documenting, conducting training and rollout and defining and executing an effective change management strategy. Leverage solutions across applicable business units, global processes, and corporate functions. Align requests using the Arkema Arbitration process to communicate value and gain approval. Support (10%) Work with and continue to build user support through developing power user networks and continuing participation of knowledge transfer by engaging the Competency Center on new enhancements in the areas of Logistics Execution, Warehouse Management, OTM etc. Back-up for, integrated processes, and international processes. Training (5%) Lead User Group sessions, e.g. Import & Export User Group, Shippers User Group, Warehouse Users Group, to share best practices, and communicate process improvements. Review and update training documentation ensuring they are current. Daily activities also include, but are not limited to, monitoring & troubleshooting integration with external systems to ensure business continuity.

Context and Environment The Business Process Optimization Center (BPOC) provides end to end supply chain expertise supporting >600 Arkema and third party employees, best practices and governance for solutions to issues, as well as improvements to existing processes in an ever changing and dynamic environment. Daily interactions with users, BPOC members, and i-Team members. Travel related to projects is occasionally required, typically from a few days to up to eight weeks spread over a period, or as dictated by project requirements. The BPOC either participates in or leads global projects and will align processes between Arkema operating regions and affiliates to enable streamlined processes, shared applications, and integration between global systems.

Required Education/Qualifications /Work experience Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Supply Chain, Business or Engineering 5-7 years of experience in supply chain processes, transportation, warehouse management, or purchasing, with an understanding of SAP master data. ERP or SAP experience required (SAP Domain or equivalent: LE, WM TM and knowledge of integrated processes related to Transportation Management Systems Strong communication, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Project Management and/or oversight for complex supp y chain processes is preferred. Proficient in MS Office Suite

Demonstrated Competencies Power User, Subject matter expert in focus areas, understanding best practices for desired results for Arkema processes, in LE, WM, TMS, etc., including system integration, batch programs, understanding end-to-end processes, and can provide solutions to issues. Learning other areas in the BPOC to continue development in cross-functional expertise. Communication Skills - Strong verbal and technical writing skills. Must be able to lead meetings effectively; setting expectations, gain acceptance, assign tasks, and follow up on progress. Strong presentation skills: creating strong presentations to communicate to a variety of audiences using appropriate level of detail, concise messaging. Change Agent - Accepting and affecting change because of decisions made. Execute key skills; engage, communicate, and drive change so groups and individuals are accepting of, are prepared, and can execute on the changes required for the implementation of new processes. Project Management and Change Management - Demonstrated project management involvement, including support of requirements gathering, gap analysis, scope definition, planning, budgeting, training, communications at many levels, change management, implementation and employing best practices. Ability to define and execute an effective change management strategy. Ability to work with different cultures in an international environment. Highly organized to meet constant demands. Strong organization skills are required to manage multiple projects and stay current to meet deadlines. Must be flexible and can accept change and reprioritize activities in a dynamic environment. Balance the management of daily tasks while meeting deadlines on project and other initiatives.
