Job Description:

Program Director – SCSTC Instructor Support Services Deputy Program Manager/Training Manager

Our work depends on Program Director joining our team to ensure US Navy surface combatants go into harm’s way ready to deter and prepared to fight and win.

HOW A PROGRAM DIRECTOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program area with annual revenues of $25M and above.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Desired Experience:

Tactical Proficiency including experience as a Tactical Action Officer

Ability to liaise comfortably and successfully with government officials up to the GS-15 and O-6 level.

Experience in Managing a large geographically distributed team.

Experience managing contract execution to including finance, human resources, talent acquisition, contracts, subcontracts and security.

Education:

Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalency in applicable Navy experience.

Qualifications:

  • Seven (7) years of experience in Surface Warfare and training management including responsibility for managing a multidiscipline team of training experts.

  • Of the 7 years above, five (5) years must include experience in managing the development of group-paced instructional materials and guidelines, advising Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on development procedures and formatting, and evaluating curricula documents and instructional delivery procedures.

Location: On Site, Dahlgren, VA.

US Citizenship Required.
