Groupis seeking talented Line Cooks with experience working in a

high-volume, fast-paced restaurant to join our culinary team!

We are seeking experienced culinarians - including Line, Grill, and Saut Cooks at The

Foundry at Summit Pond.

Line cooks are responsible for preparing high-quality food in coordination with the rest

of the culinary team. You have an excellent understanding of various cooking

techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures. You have high-level multitasking

abilities and can work with speed and precision.

As the line cook, you are the backbone of the kitchen. You are responsible for specific

stations or areas of preparation and it is up to you to ensure that dishes are ready to go

and that the chefs instructions are followed.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about food, has accuracy in presentation, and enjoys

the artistic element of plating meals.

To be successful in this role, you should:

? Have a strong knowledge of cooking techniques, food preparation, and knife

handling

? Have the ability to learn, understand, and execute daily recipes and menus

? Take part in pre-service duties and closing duties

? Demonstrate a passion for details and a willingness to learn

? Uphold service preparation and culinary standards to ensure a memorable guest

experience

? Display a mastery and working knowledge of all menu items

? Maintain a safe, sanitary, and organized work environment

? Be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays
