The Warehouse and Transportation Operations Coordinator is responsible to ensure that the Warehouses and Transportation Systems within their area of responsibility have the capacity and capability to receive, store, pick, and ship Finished Products, while meeting all internal P&G and external Customer requirements for Service, Cost, Cash and Stewardship.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the warehouse and transportation operations, working closely with the team and assisting in day-to-day activities.

  • Collaborate with the 3PL warehouse organization and assist in ensuring compliance with governance standards.

  • Ensure distribution system meets or exceeds the needs of the Business Units and Customers, through effective use of measures, gap analyses, action plan development and execution.

  • Ensure that all aspects of physical distribution have the necessary resources, technology, and skills to operate effectively.

  • Support the transportation execution team in managing shipments and optimizing transportation costs.

  • Assist in the implementation and utilization of transportation management tools and systems for improved control and reporting.

Job Qualifications

  • A higher education degree (Bachelor/Specialist/Master's).

  • Previous exposure to supply chain operations, preferably in transportation and/or warehousing.

  • Experience of leading the team would be a great asset.

  • Upper-intermediate or advanced language skills in English and Ukrainian.

  • Excellent MS Office Package skills (especially MS Excel).

  • Collaboration and leadership skills, able to empower and influence.

  • Strong sense of urgency and problem-solving skills.

  • Consumer-centric attitude, ability to think big.

  • Analytical skills: able to handle and draw conclusions from complex data.
