    Job Description

We are currently searching for an experiencedFacilities Maintenance Technician, with solid experience in general electrical wiring and repair. A vital member of Kiawah's Facilities Maintenance dream team, this position will perform all aspects of general facility maintenance support including detecting and reporting unsafe conditions and defective materials, performing repairs and ensuring buildings, grounds and equipment are maintained and free of hazards. This position will also provide key support in all aspects of electrical maintenance and repairs. The schedule for this position is full-time. "On Call" Weekend work is required.

Skills & Requirements

General maintenance experience in two or more of the following areas:Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Masonry, and Machine repair is required. Candidates must be familiar with and able to use all commonly used hand and power tools. Some heavy lifting and moving of equipment is required. The ability to lift and carry up to up to 75 lbs. is required. You must have an acceptable driving record and a reliable vehicle that you are willing to use to drive while on the job. (Kiawah Partners will reimburse for miles)
