Summary This is a public notice flyer to notify interested applicants of anticipated vacancies. Applications will not be accepted through this flyer. Responsibilities You will support managers in manpower utilization, financial management, contract management, or other administrative specialties. You will perform evaluations, resolve problems, and carry out oversight responsibility. You will assist in developing complex or special nonrecurring reports. You will perform assignments involving application of standard policies and regulations and widely accepted methods and practices. You will assist in the preparation and dissemination of instructions and procedures for departmental preparation of budgets. You will recommend remedial action to assure compliance with budgetary program, policy and procedure. You will review incoming fund documents to ensure completeness. You will assist supervisor in the preparation, analysis, and interpretation of the department's financial condition. You will monitor financial reports and records and report significant changes to supervisor. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications For GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Analyzing financial records and budgeting factors to ensure support for meeting departmental objectives. For GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Providing analytical support to ensure financial or budgeting factors meet departmental objectives. For GS-05: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of General experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
