Central Farm Service Production Supervisor - Grain in Kenyon, Minnesota
Description In this job, the team member will assist in the daily operation and management of grain facilities to maintain efficiency and quality while delivering excellent customer service. Essential Duties & Responsibilities: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Operational functions of grain receiving, weighing, grading, storage, handling, drying, blending, conditioning and loading out. Assist area in the daily supervision of operations employees and provide backup when the area operations manager is absent. Monitor stored grain condition to assure quality and quantity. Provide timely and accurate reports on the various operating metrics as required. Housekeeping, maintenance and other daily tasks. Know and follow all company safety policies/procedures. Perform work in a safe manner while observing all traffic laws and all OSHA state and federal safety regulations. Represent yourself and CFS professionally at all times in action and appearance. Make decisions and follow instructions with little or no supervision. Assist other departments within the company as needed. CFS is an Equal Opportunity Employer
