Pay : $78k-$90k/yr, depending on experience

Location : Kentland, IL

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes and presents data on business, production, and market trends to management.

  • Proposes solutions and discusses market strategies.

  • Collaborates on policy and goal setting with senior management.

  • Designs and updates product assurance program.

  • Reviews reports and drafts budgets with senior management.

  • Conducts meetings to set policies and objectives.

  • Addresses technical issues and suggests solutions.

  • Meets with vendors to assess quality standards.

  • Advises on quality assurance for products.

  • Stays updated on industry developments.

Requirements

  • Certification for HACCP, SQF within 1 year if not already certified

  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent; minimum four years related experience and/ or training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • GMP & PPE REQUIRED

  • Food safety experience

  • Responsible for following all general food safety requirements
