Adecco is hiring immediately for Warehouse Managers for a local client in Kent, Renton, SeaTac, Des Moines, Federal Way, and surrounding areas. Warehouse Managers do essential jobs with one of our premier clients in a state-of-the-art facility, with starting pay at $50,000.00-$60,000.00 annually, plus available overtime. As a Warehouse Manager, you will manage day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and shipping of goods, develop and implement strategic plans to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity, lead and motivate warehouse staff to achieve performance targets and quality standards, ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, monitor inventory levels and conduct regular inventory audits, collaborate with other departments to coordinate logistics and ensure timely delivery of orders, and analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent

  • Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar leadership role

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams

  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities

  • Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics processes

  • Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Pay Details: $50,000.00 to $60,000.00 per year
