Join Our Team as a Warehouse Customer Service Representative!

Are you a problem solver with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service? Adecco, in partnership with a leading 3PL in Kent, WA, is seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Warehouse Customer Service Representatives.

Job Overview: As a Warehouse Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your responsibilities will include providing assistance to customers and business partners through various communication channels, addressing complaints professionally, troubleshooting issues, monitoring delivery routes, and processing changes or cancellations to orders.

Location: Kent, WA

Starting Hourly Pay: $18 an hour

Duration : Temp to Hire

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers and business partners through phone and email communication channels

  • Address customer complaints professionally and calmly, ensuring timely resolution

  • Identify, assess, and troubleshoot problems or issues effectively

  • Monitor the progress of delivery routes and ensure smooth operations

  • Perform scanning of haul-away pods and verify associated stamps

  • Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders promptly and accurately

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent qualification

  • Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience, ideally within a call center environment

  • Demonstrated proficiency in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving issues satisfactorily

  • Strong multitasking abilities coupled with exceptional organizational skills

  • Capability to thrive in high-pressure situations while exceeding customer expectations
