Conagra Maintenance Team Lead 1st shift in Kent, Washington

Shift: This role is 1st Shift, 5:15 AM-2:00 PM

Hourly Rate: $36.00 an hour

We are hiring for Maintenance Team Lead on our 1st shift.

You will report to the shift supervisor and join a team of 235 plus team member.

You will work onsite at our Food manufacturing plant is in Kent WA.

Position Responsibilities

Manage daily performance goals/development of Maintenance team.

Perform all tasks of a Maintenance Technician.

Ensure good customer service and response to urgent needs to keep production line running.

Perform plant inspection to check fire systems, freezers, refrigerators., and record information.

Work all craft specialties, including electrical, mechanical, HVAC, pneumatic, welding and structural.

Tour plant to perform preventative maintenance which may be required weekly, monthly, quarterly, semiannually and annually depending on appropriate schedules.

Maintain regular attendance; work occasional to frequent overtime.

  • You will review the prioritization of SAP notifications (ensure AM defects are being addressed)

  • Plan maintenance work using "SIMPTWW" (Safety, Information, Materials, People, Tools, Where, When)

  • Update 52-week maintenance plan for line or lines in the Cell

  • Ensure all work is done, critiqued, and work plans updated or revised, including ensuring part/material readiness and completed within allotted time.

  • Report maintenance indicator results and in process measures and develops improvement plans.

  • Lead Breakdown analysis events including metrics and triggers.

  • You will be the DMS's owner ( Defect Handling , Maintenance Planning & Scheduling and Breakdown Elimination ) on the line or lines.

  • Plan and all schedule all the maintenance work and confirms priorities in the DDS meeting with the line team.

  • Provide training to operating teams on the execution of maintenance tasks

  • Ability work overtime and a flexible schedule to allow access on from all three shifts.

2- 4 years in a food manufacturing plant.

2 years of Supervisory skills/Performance management
