Need Project Estimator
The goal of the Commercial / Residential Project Estimator / is to generate roof repair and replacement contracts based on Northwest Roof Services standards of quality, sales goals and gross profit structure.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
- Inspect and estimate roofs.
- Strategic planning to achieve/surpass NWRS's goals.
- Follow up on all leads generated by NWRS's advertising.
- Generate own leads by visits to Property Management Offices.
- Scheduling own appointments for job proposals.
- Presenting proposals in a professional attire and manner to the customer.
- Providing job information packet to the scheduler in order for him to set the project up.
- Inspecting jobs for quality assurance and review the foreman's punch list
- Complete follow up call to the customer to insure satisfaction.
- Create billing documents for administration to invoice.
