Job Description Key Responsibilities * Perform daily inventory cycle counts. * Safe handling of spare parts, machinery, and materials. * Receive and organize incoming deliveries of spare parts, machinery, and materials. * Pull, pack, and ship spare parts for customer sales orders. * Process both domestic and international parcel shipments through FedEx and DHL. * Prepare LTL shipments for customer sales orders. * Perform customer sales order related transactions in Oracle. * Pick parts that are required to complete items that are made-in-house. * Assemble parts and kits that are made-in-house. * Perform receiving transactions in Oracle. * Safely operate a forklift to assist with loading and unloading of parts and equipment. * Maintain inventory of shipping supplies. * Good housekeeping of the parts room. * Proper disposal of incoming cardboard, pallets, crates, and other packing material. * Work collectively with the parts team and internal departments such Engineering, Service, Sales, etc. to resolve customer inquiries and issues. Qualifications Desired Skills and Experience * Knowledge and experience with inventory control and warehouse experience (inventory cycle counting, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving). * Knowledge and experience with inventory management systems software (specifically Oracle). * Forklift experience preferred. * Ability to assemble and kit items that are made-in-house. * Knowledge and experience with parcel delivery companies (FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.). * Knowledge and experience with freight forwarder companies (FedEx Freight, TForce Freight, Dayton Freight, etc). * Organized and detail oriented with the capability of performing multiple tasks simultaneously. * Proficient computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams. * Customer-service oriented with good interpersonal skills. * Ability to assist both internal and external customers in a busy team environment by taking initiative, being strongly proactive, and decisive under minimal supervision. * Ability and understanding of prioritization based on business goals and customer needs. * Ability to frequently work independently. * A positive and friendly attitude willing to go above and beyond on a daily basis. * Punctual and dependable.
