Based in beautiful downtown Kent, OH, you will be responsible for supplying our national operations team with the financial insights we need to continually evaluate DRG's business model and to recommend strategies for improvement and growth. What you'll do: Gather, review and relay financial data, trends, and information to the management team and staff Analyze operational performance metrics against the plan to assist in providing recommendations for improvement or revisions Summarize large amounts of information into concise deliverables and visualizations Collaborate with internal departments on key projects and metric development Coordinate with field management to understand new opportunities or methods to offer support Identify change impacts due to shifting client contract language and requirements. Follow pre-established protocols and guidelines and provide input on new processes and procedures. Identify schedule attainment goals, track schedule and productivity and manage project deadlines What you'll need: Preferred degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Math, and/or Computer Science or similar education Background in general accounting, and financial systems Experience in role as a business analyst, operational accountant, data analyst or similar role Advanced Microsoft Office or Google Workspace skills, with an ability to become familiar with specific programs and software as needed Experience with SAP ECC or S/4 Hana, SQL, Python and R is a plus Strong organizational, planning and problem-solving skills Ability to develop and communicate recommendations for our growing business Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to problem solve and adapt and overcome obstacles Exceptional interpersonal and trust building skills.
