Our Company Equus Workforce Solutions Overview The Talent Development Specialist for the Wisconsin Works (W-2) Program is responsible for the recruitment, enrollment, and support of program participants. They will work with the Program Coordinator Supervisor to maintain good partnerships with local community agencies and referring agencies. The Talent Development Specialist provides ongoing case management and provides support to find participants employment. Additionally, they will build positive relationships with various community partners with the goal of working to advance community understanding of the program and increase program engagement.
