JOB REQUIREMENTS: Are you a masters level trained occupational therapist (licensure preferred but not required) with a warm and friendly personality? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team! PSG/CIP is a multi-service community-based social services organization offering mental health and programming throughout eastern Wisconsin. We are trauma-informed and approach all clients, employees, stakeholders, etc. through this lens. We strive to create and maintain a supportive culture while going above and beyond for our clients. We are looking for a part-time, possibly leading to full-time, Occupational Therapist. This position provides assessment and therapy for children and adults with a mental health diagnosis. Our ideal candidate would have experience working with sensory integration needs as the result of complex trauma, along with other proprioceptive and daily living challenges. If you do not have this experience, various trainings and continuing education opportunities to become more familiar in these areas are provided. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST: Completing developmental screenings and evaluation for clients, primarily related to sensory processing and other trauma-related needs. Establishing a plan of care and implementing individual treatment based on evaluation results, functional goals, and by utilizing appropriate techniques. Collaborating with members of the client\'s treatment team, including individual therapists, skills workers, and case manager Maintaining accurate documentation HOURS AND LOCATION: The hours of work for this position will vary.
