JOB REQUIREMENTS: Maintenance RHSB Manager: Maintenance oversee and train set up and service of highly complex self-contained PET plastic container machines. Install, service, or modify our complex printing equipment. Programming, installation and repair of Monarch Plastics equipment. Reviewing software updates from HQ. Reviewing machine performance statistics and identifying programming changes to optimize production. Providing customer support to issues as they arise. Overseeing and working with factory crew to fix broken machines. Consulting with factory staff on new equipment and modifications to existing equipment. Writing software updates to optimize systems. Training new staff and updating manuals. set up, installation and repair of a wide range of complex proprietary machinery. Re-assemble and set up the machine making adjustments to our production requirements and conducting any repairs. Supervise and consult local staff to identify the optimal type of mold that is required, and then order the requisite mold with specifications from our affiliated companies in Poland or Canada. Once the mold is received, review set up of machines, writes modifications to optimize systems and monitors operations to ensure proper production. Fine tune machinery as it operates and perform repairs as necessary. Will work with variety of highly complex machines including: Blow Moulding Machine TES-BM41C/TES-BM82C using robotics and automation - extended system of regulation of technological parameters max capacity 10,000 cph; Blueline 8 HiTech, Blueline 6 HiTech, Blueline 4 HiTech; Blueline 3 BIG; Blueline 8 HOT FILL, Blueline 6 HOT FILL, Blueline 4 HOT FILL; Sipa SFL EVO 6/6 max capacity 12,000 bph. 2 years experience as engineering technician or installer of machinery. Inspect, test, and measure completed work, using devices such as hand tools or gauges to verify conformance to standards or repair requirements. Inspect and monitor work areas, examine tools and equipment, and provide employee safety training to prevent, detect, and correct unsafe conditions or violations of procedures and safety rules. Interpret specifications, blueprints, or job orders to construct templates and lay out reference points for workers. Monitor employees\' work levels and review work performance. Perform skilled repair or maintenance operations, using equipment such as hand or power tools, hydraulic presses or shears, or welding equipment. Compute estimates and actual costs of factors such as materials, labor, or outside contractors. Monitor tool and part inventories and the condition and maintenance of shops to ensure adequate working conditions. Requisition materials and supplies, such as tools, equipment, or replacement parts. Confer with personnel, such as management, engineering, quality control, customer, or union workers\' representatives, to coordinate work activities, resolve employee grievances, or identify and review resource needs. Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities, based on work priority, quantity of equipment, and skill of personnel.
