Purpose: Performs a wide variety of electro-mechanical assembly operations on assemblies or sub-assemblies per work instruction and/or drawings. Setup Switchgear parts like (Contactors, Circuit breakers, etc.) Point to point wiring per work instructions, diagram schematics, etc., Short/continuity test, Hipot test Read, interpret, understand and follow assembly drawings, diagrams, and schematics to determine component parts and assembly sequence. Test assembled parts to ensure functionality. Assist assemblers in performing assembly tasks. Inspect parameters on checklists. Perform other duties asassigned. Education and Experience: High School Diploma or GED Min 2 years\' experiencein the switchgear manufacturing environment. Ability to read and interpret drawings. Ability to follow work instructions and procedures.
