We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Disability Employment Specialist to join our Division of Vocational Rehabilitation (DVR) Services Program. As our Disability Employment Specialist, you will be working directly with individuals with disabilities to provide career assessment and counseling services. You will help clients develop the skills they need to succeed in the workforce through opportunities including job shadows, internship placements, soft skills training, task analysis, systematic instruction, job preparation, job development, and job retention services. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow to full-time as you become an integral part of our team. Meet with consumers in PSG offices, libraries, job centers, community buildings, or via Internet or telephone. Reach out to employers to present the DVR Programs and consumers available for employment. Complete billing and reports as required. LOCATION: Office is located in Kenosha, WI with local travel required. Client meetings may be scheduled at our office, at community centers, or within client homes.
