Senske Lawn and Tree Care, LLC Scheduler in Kennewick, Washington

Are you a person who likes to solve problems and help others when they need it? Do you have strong relationship-building skills and connect easily with others? If so, we are looking for talented people like you to join our team! Using company routing and mapping technology.

This position will be support for the routing team, taking inbound calls for scheduling-related issues. Using our company routing and mapping technology, you will be helping customers get dates for their new services or rescheduling the services they currently have. You also be scheduling estimates for new customers. You will also assist us in providing our customers with the highest level of service by calling them the day before we are scheduled to visit their property and perform their services.

Schedulers are an important member of our Contact Center team - they supply a positive customer experience and are the vital human connection to our business services. These team members support the Senske business by receiving calls to resolve basic and routine customer scheduling concerns promptly. They are problem solvers with good negotiation skills who are self-driven, and motivated to meet goals and achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Pay Range: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour. This is a hourly, non-exempt position.

Tasks of a Scheduler

  • Inbound calls for Scheduling Services
  • Outbound to call customers with scheduled services
  • Scheduling Estimates for new potential customers
  • Working with the routers on getting dates
  • Remaining in the call queue to receive scheduling calls
  • Working with Supervisors and auditors for dates on Specialty Jobs the branch schedules
  • Help assist if needed to add to routes that need same day work
  • Performs other related duties and assignments as required
  • Provides communication between customers, fellow employees and Router managers.
  • Handles Customer prenotification for services {Calls Call first Verbal Only Customers}
  • Checks exception reports weekly to pursue outstanding or missing invoices.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers
