We are looking for an IT Technician to assist the team in our journey to provide outstanding customer and technical service.

Assist the IT Manager in any area needed. Assist with installation and setup, upgrading, repairs, and troubleshooting. Complete maintenance on desktops, laptops, printers, network equipment and all other peripherals. Write training/user manuals and procedures. Travel to any Phillips farm location as needed or requested.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:

Required Training: Good Manufacturers Practice (GMP), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HAACP), Food Defense, and Worker Protection Standard (WPS).

Certificates and Licenses: Driver's License required.

Personal Protective Equipment: PPE shall be used following the standards of work safety and food safety. Standards shall be reinforced by supervisors, QA, management, or designated personnel. The company will provide hair nets, smock, and rubber gloves. Comfortable footwear is required for this position, no open toed shoes are allowed. Each worker is responsible for providing their own footwear within 45 days of their hire date, or will result in disciplinary action.

  • Must be willing to work on weekends and/or on-call as needed. Experience troubleshooting computer hardware and software problems.

  • Must be comfortable with heights, there will be ladder climbing to adjust security cameras and other peripherals that are high up
