General Parts Field Service Technicians are self-performing and are primarily responsible for the diagnosis of equipment failures and as necessary the ordering and installation of replacement parts. In addition to this Field Service Technicians may be responsible for the execution of planned maintenance programs and the installation of new equipment. What will you do? Use troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to install, repair and maintain commercial cooking, refrigeration and/or HVAC equipment. Partner with our customers to provide service solutions for their cooking equipment, including their gas, electric, and steam equipment. Consult with the parts department to get parts ordered and install those parts in customer equipment. Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call duties. Why work for us?
