エグゼクティブラウンジマネージャーは、ゲストを歓迎し、素晴らしいおもてなしをお届けするエキスパート。また、ゲストの滞在中に問題が生じた場合、それらの解決することも求められます。

業務内容

1. 宿泊人数や料金などゲストに関連する情報を確認し、必要に応じて追加された情報をシステムに反映させる。

2. 部署が掲げる目標やターゲットを達成するよう、チームと効果的なコミュニケーションを図る積極的な役割を担う。

3. 革新的でクリエイティブな発想を生かし、チームメンバーやゲストに良質なサービスとカスタマーケアをお届けします。

4. 迅速かつ効果的なクレーム対応を行う。デューティーマネージャー又は適切な対応者にも情報を共有し、ゲストに満足いただけるフォローアップ体制を取ることで、問題を解決する。

5. ゲストに関する情報をシステムに反映させ、それら全ての情報は他のチームメンバーに行き届くようにする。

必須条件

・ラウンジなどのサービス業界においてマネージャー又はアシスタントマネージャーの経験

・優れたリーダーシップとコミュニケーションスキル

・ビジネスレベルの英語力
