Up to $100k per year depending on experience, effort, and dependability.

Accepting applications for full-time log truck driver for small, but rapidly growing, trucking company in Kelso, to drive the log truck pictured here. Prefer 2 years of experience but may consider less depending upon what kind of experience you do have and your insurance rating.

Requirements: Class A CDL Required. Two years of driving experience, preferably on logging roads. Clean MVR. We only offer local work, so you should live locally. Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and will be subject to DOT random drug screening. Must be able to drive a truck with an 18-speed manual transmission. We do not own automatics, so if your CDL is restricted to automatic equipment, we cannot employ you. Must be willing to keep your truck clean and presentable. You must be willing and able to fix lights and perform some basic maintenance on the truck you drive when necessary. Must be eligible to drive on Weyerhaeuser property and be willing to adhere to all company and Weyerhaeuser Corp. policies.

Starting pay commensurate with experience and insurance rating but will start high end of scale for a seasoned log truck driver.

You will:

  • Earn good wages.

  • Be home every night.

  • Haul on an organized dispatch that pays top rates.

  • Receive a $1,500 sign on bonus following six full months of accident/incident

free employment.
