Job Description Salary Range $66,700-$78,530 DOE Analyze MRP output and determine order quantities Develop forecast to serve as master schedule for Material Requirements Planning system Assure proper handling, identification and disposition of all items received at the warehouse Create blanket releases and release materials with suppliers Create material requisitions to Q.V.E. purchasing to re-order non-blanketed items Help maintain and improve quality and food safety, to ensure compliance with company quality standards and USDA regulatory requirements Review open purchase orders and assist in making sure the plant receives the materials in proper time frame. Assist Account payable with making sure orders are received in a proper time frame and paid. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business or related field experience. Leadership skillswith ability to lead and motivate team, provide guidance, uphold ethical standards, promote a culture of integrityand ensure compliance with regulations andpolicies. Technical competency in fieldwithexperience in Scheduling or Materials Management experience. Must have ability to work independentlywith strong organizational skills. Must have ability tocommunicate clearly and effectively, both verbal and written to convey instructions, feedback and expectations. Must have good interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, resolve conflicts, and collaboratewith team members and other departments. Must have excellent math skills. Must be proficient in Windows application, especially Excel and Word Must possess strong analytical skills. Must be detail oriented and have accurate data entry skillset.
