Overview

Established by the Sisters of the St. Francis in 1924 CHI Health Good Samaritan is a 268-bed regional referral center in Kearney Neb. At CHI Health Good Samaritan you’ll find an advanced level trauma center that also offers AirCare emergency helicopter transport and an ambulance program providing long distance and local 911 service. Among our many other services are cardiac care including open-heart surgery a level II neonatal intensive care unit a nationally accredited cancer center comprehensive neurosurgery advanced orthopedic program and inpatient and outpatient mental health services at our free-standing Richard Young Behavioral Health facility.

At CHI Health, you’ll join a team of EVS techs who prioritize the safety of our employees, patients, and visitors by ensuring a safe and sanitized environment for all.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need to understand the importance of why and how we sanitize and disinfect different environments. Responsibilities

Principle Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

  • Provides excellent customer service to members as well as non-members

  • Clean and maintain facility (lobby, gym, pool, locker rooms, rest rooms)

  • Check pool chemicals and maintain pool chemicals and water levels

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications:

High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)

Previous experience in housekeeping or commercial cleaning in high traffic facilities such as hospitals, clinics, hotels, casinos, convention centers, or schools

Pay Range

$15.00 - $20.33 /hour
