Responsibilities

Provide health care to individuals and families as instructed by a physician; performs routine clinical procedures as directed by a physician; participates in patient education; enters appropriate documentation into patients’ charts; performs other duties as assigned.

Some of what you will do:

  • Provides quality care to patients and their families as instructed by a physician.

  • Provides and documents patient/family educational teachings as instructed by a physician, including patient/family understanding.

  • Accurately and thoroughly documents physician orders regarding patient phone, following clinic policies and procedures.

  • Provides appropriate care to patients in emergency situations as directed by a physician.

Qualifications

What you need:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required.

  • Active LPN License

  • Basic Life Support with American Heart Association

Pay Range

$19.68 - $27.06 /hour
