Stryker Quality Engineer in Kayseri, Turkey

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to drive excellence in supplier management, ensuring top-notch product quality. Join us to influence strategic sourcing and play a key role in our commitment to quality and regulatory standards.

What you will do:

  • Analyze non-conformance data to prioritize projects and address systemic supplier issues

  • Take ownership of Supplier-related CAPA review and management, ensuring effective use of appropriate problem-solving tools

  • Articulate detailed supplier performance results and trends to the appropriate levels of management

  • Perform PPAP activities for supplier changes

  • Oversee processes as a process owner and drive standardization of Supplier Quality-related processes, such as PPAP, DPM, etc.

  • Influence strategic sourcing, auditing, and development groups to understand the capabilities and competencies of suppliers to fulfill product quality and regulatory requirements

What You Need:

  • Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, or related discipline

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in the field of Engineering and Quality

  • Experience with ISO 13485 or ISO 9001

  • Competence with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

  • Good command of English

  • Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills

  • Ability to solve problems in a high-stress situation

  • Eagerness to assist internal and external customers

  • Manage projects in a timely manner with adequate priority setting and minimum supervision

  • Ability to conduct and document technical investigations
