JOB REQUIREMENTS: -Assist with installing, maintaining, upgrading, and fabricating machinery and equipment according to layout plans, blueprints, and other drawings -Replace spherical and tapered roller bearings, power transmission belts, roller chains, couplings, hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, electric motors, gearboxes, and centrifugal pumps. -Troubleshoot hydraulic, pneumatic, pumping, and steam systems, overhead hoists, and cranes -Perform routine tasks such as: lubrication of machinery, bearing and seal replacements, roll changes, and cleaning of parts during overhauls and preventative maintenance routes -Must follow Ahlstrom\'s manufacturing and hygiene processes, procedures and policies, as applicable to the position\'s areas of responsibility, in order to meet and maintain the safety, quality, and regulatory compliance requirements for each grade of paper. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum Occupational Requirements: -Journeyman Millwright card, required -Highly motivated and a demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment -Ability to work varying shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays once required training and certification is complete Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer; must be 18 years of age or older; and have the ability to successfully pass a post-offer background check, drug screen and physical assessment.
