RECRUITING SOURCE INTERNATIONAL Administrative Assistant in Katy, Texas

Organize client events, travel, trainings, purchase program incentives, client records and inventory management. Must be proficient with Microsoft suite products especially Excel, Word, and Outlook, have ability to navigate electronic databases, lift 25 lbs., exemplary organizational skills. Will perform other duties as assigned. Must have a valid Texas Drivers License (purschase program incentives) and comply with AP 2-2 policy. May work 2 to 4 Saturday's out of a year.

*MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS *MINIMUM EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Liberal Arts, or a related field.

**MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS One year of administrative experience is required. Professional administrative experience may be substituted for the above education requirement on a year-for-year basis.

**MINIMUM LICENSE REQUIREMENTS None

*WORKING CONDITIONS *PHYSICAL EFFORT: The position is physically comfortable; the individual has discretion about walking, standing, etc.

**WORK ENVIRONMENT: There are no major sources of discomfort, i.e., essentially normal office environment with acceptable lighting, temperature and air conditions.

**PHYSICAL SKILL: Requires the ability to make coordinated gross motor movements in response to changing external stimuli within moderately demanding tolerances; or the ability to make coordinated eye/hand movements on a patterned response space within low tolerance demands with no real speed requirements.
