The Challenge

Embark on your 11-month placement with us whilst taking part in our fantastic intern development program. We will create an individual training plan to help you develop the specific skills and knowledge required for your role. By the end of it, you will be set up with the best Software Engineering knowledge and hands-on experience to equip you for your professional career in Cloud Software Development.

What do you need to succeed?

We are looking for innovative and inquisitive candidates that demonstrate the following:

  • urrently pursuing or recently completed a Master’s degree in Computer/Software Engineering, Electronics, or a related discipline.

  • You have a passion in software development and quality

  • You think logically, are willing to self-learn and research, and take a creative approach to problem solving

  • You enjoy collaborating with others to find innovative solutions

  • You possess proficient English language skills that facilitate effective communication with your foreign colleagues.

It is beneficial to possess:

  • Knowledge of programming language – preferable .NET or React

  • Background in Testing/Quality Assurance processes, procedures, tools

  • Understanding the cloud environment in software development

What will you be doing?

  • ll participate in the daily work of the software engineering team and support their efforts in development and testing solutions provided to our customers.

  • You will acquire new skills under a dedicated mentor.

  • You will be compensated for your internship.

  • Upon successful completion of the internship, you will have the opportunity to join the team as a full-time Software Engineer in our Katowice based R&D center.
